WHERE DO WE SHIP TO

CAPSULET is based here in the United Kingdom but can ship internationally!

DISPATCH TIMES/ DELIVERY ADDRESSES

At CAPSULET we're aiming to dispatch your order within two working days.

We can not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. So please double-check your address when placing an order with us!

SHIPPING METHODS/TIMES

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, a Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri service is used (2-3 working days delivery). For International deliveries, a Royal Mail or Evri international service is used (Quoted at 6-14 business days but delivery time will vary with country).

DELIVERY OPTIONS & TRACKING YOUR ORDER

International deliveries can be either fully tracked and signed for or sent via a standard (untracked) option. If chosen to send via the standard option, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel once shipment has been made via this method as we are unable to track or confirm receipt of the package.
Please note, that once a parcel has been signed for, we can no longer accept responsibility for the package.

If you'd like to cancel your order after placing it, this will incur a £1 administration fee
