Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Capsulet reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Initiating a Return

If you find it necessary to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at capsulet.main@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. Return Confirmation: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with it.

  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not include shipping costs

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Capsulet will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within  5-10 days.

Exchanges

Capsulet currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at capsulet.main@gmail.com with details and photos. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized items.
