CAPSULET is based in the United Kingdom but happily ships internationally!
DISPATCH TIMES
At CAPSULET, our goal is to dispatch your order promptly. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays. An email notification will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of providing accurate delivery addresses. CAPSULET cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect delivery addresses. Please double-check your address when placing an order with us.
SHIPPING METHODS/TIMES
Within the United Kingdom:
- We utilize Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri services, providing a delivery time of 2-3 working days.
International Deliveries:
- We use Royal Mail or Evri international services with a quoted delivery time of 6-14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
For UK deliveries and international tracked and signed-for options, tracking numbers will be included in the confirmation email sent once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY OPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
International Deliveries:
- Your international order can be either fully tracked and signed for or sent via a standard (untracked) option. If you choose the standard option, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel once the shipment has been made, as tracking and confirmation of receipt are not available.
- Once a parcel has been signed for, we can no longer accept responsibility for the package.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please be aware that this will incur a £1 administration fee. Please consider this policy before finalizing your purchase.
